Animal Management Officer II, Nicholas Orr,  is now a certified Animal Cruelty Investigator. He states, "This course is important as it allows me to assist in the investigation, documentation, and prosecution of animal cruelty cases. This course allows me to speak for victims that don’t have a voice of their own."
