  • Total intake is calculated by adding Stray Dogs, Stray Cats, Donated, and Bite Cases together.
  • Euthanasia Rate is calculated by dividing the number of animals euthanized by the Total Intake. Then the calculated percentage is subtracted from 100%. The difference would be the Live Release Rate.
  • All data incorporated into the presented statistics with regards to animals leaving through the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society is obtained through their administration.
